About our Plants

  • I’ve killed plants before, how can you help me do a better job?

    Our website offers care guides and tips for each plant we sell to help ensure they thrive. Additionally, feel free to reach out to our customer support team for additional assistance.

  • Are your plants easy to maintain?

    Our plants are chosen for their low-maintenance requirements, making them a great choice for those new to gardening or plant care.

  • Will my plants survive if I go away on holiday?

     Most of our plants are low-maintenance and can survive a week or two without watering, but for extended absences, we recommend arranging for a friend or family member to check on them or using a self-watering system.

  • Can you help me look after my plant?

     Absolutely! Our website offers care guides for each plant we sell, and our customer support team is always available to offer advice and assistance.

  • Are my plants child/pet-friendly?

     We take safety seriously and list any toxic plants on our website. Additionally, most of our plants are safe for children and pets, but if you have concerns, please reach out to our customer support team for advice.

Website & Store Info

  • How does delivery work?

    We deliver seven days a week. We deliver between the following hours:


    Monday-Wednesday - 1pm-10pm

    Thursday-Sunday - 9am-6pm


    We’ll text and email you the day before your delivery to give you a more precise time slot.


    For deliveries outside London, delivery is within 2-5 working days. You’ll be contacted by our nationwide delivery partner to let you know when your order is out for delivery. At the moment we’re not able to give a more specific delivery window for orders outside London, but we’re working on it.


    If you’re not at home when delivery is attempted, our drivers will usually leave your order in your designated safe place (we’ll ask you for this at check out). If that’s not possible, delivery will be attempted up to two more times.

  • Is there are minimum order value?

    We don’t have a minimum order value, but for any orders under £50 you will be charged a delivery fee.  Any orders placed on one of our peak delivery slots will be charged a delivery fee, regardless of the order value.

  • My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

    We take every effort to ensure that all our products are delivered in perfect condition. In the event that something has gone wrong, please use the help icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the page to contact our customer service team. Please include a clear photo of the damaged plant. As long as you let us know within 30 days of receiving your order, we’ll sort it for you.

  • I’m not happy with my order. How can you help?

    If you’re not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of receipt using the help icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the page. We review things on a case by case basis but we’ll do what we can to find the best option for you.
